Job Description Synergy Care is looking for Occupational Therapists for PRN positions at our SNF in Sulphur, LA. We are building our PRN roster for this facility.Benefit:1) 401k w/ 3% matchQualifications:In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapist Assistant or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months.
