Key Responsibilities Drives the identification, analysis, and resolution of payment discrepancies to maximize revenue integrity Executes root cause analyses on coding errors and payer adjudication trends to improve accounts receivable accuracy Leads negotiations and dispute resolution with payers to recover underpayments and ensure compliance with fee schedules Required Qualifications Preferred credential as an Accountant; licensure required relevant to state of work High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership
