Electrical Assembler
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Electrical/Mechanical Assemblers A/B to join a long-term manufacturing project beginning the second week of August. Under limited supervision, this position performs complex electrical and mechanical assembly operations on products, subassemblies, electrical cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and related manufacturing builds. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to read and interpret technical documentation, and committed to producing high-quality work while following all safety standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Build electrical cable assemblies and wire harnesses, including:
Crimping
Wiring and connecting
Bundling and terminating
Soldering
Electrical ring-out
Testing and troubleshooting
Perform mechanical assembly, including hardware installation, component fit-up, and use of hand and power tools.
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Perform rework and repairs as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Comply with all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Experience with wire harness assembly, soldering, crimping, and electrical testing preferred.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime and Saturdays may be required based on business needs.
Compensation
$22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
