We're partnering with a top-tier, employee-driven engineering consultancy that is shaping the future of mission critical infrastructure across the U.S. Known for tackling complex, large-scale projects, this firm blends deep technical expertise with a highly collaborative, people-first culture.With a rapidly expanding portfolio of data center developments, they're looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to take a leading role in delivering cutting-edge, high-density power infrastructure for some of the most demanding environments in the industry.This is more than just a design role, it's an opportunity to own projects, influence clients, and help drive growth in one of the fastest-moving sectors in the built environment.What You'll Be DoingTake the lead on electrical design for mission critical and data center facilities, including complex power distribution and backup systemsDrive projects from early concept through IFC, owning the technical delivery end-to-endProduce and oversee: One-line and three-line diagramsPower distribution layouts and system plansProtection and control schemesSpecify and integrate critical infrastructure such as: Switchgear, transformers, breakers, and relaysGrounding systems and emergency power solutionsCollaborate directly with major equipment vendors and package providers to deliver efficient, constructible solutionsPerform and review advanced power system studies (arc flash, coordination, grounding, load flow) using ETAP or SKMPlay a key role in client interaction, working alongside owners, architects, and contractorsProvide technical leadership, reviewing shop drawings and guiding junior engineersContribute to the growth of the business by supporting client development and expanding the data center portfolioWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering7+ years of experience in power systems, industrial, or mission critical designProven experience supporting data center or high-density power environmentsStrong command of electrical systems design, coordination, and constructabilityProficiency withRevit and familiarity with: IEEE, NFPA, UL, and NEMA standardsExperience designing routing for: Conduit systemsCable tray and high-capacity distribution pathwaysHands-on experience with ETAP or SKM modelingProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferredStrong communicator with the ability to lead projects and collaborate across teamsEntrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a high-impact business lineWhy This Opportunity Stands OutWork on high-profile, next-generation data center projects across the U.S.Join a firm where engineers are empowered to lead, not just executeBe part of a fast-growing mission critical practice with real influence on direction and strategyCompetitive compensation, performance bonuses, and strong benefits packageFlexible, remote work environment with a highly collaborative and supportive cultureClear path for technical and leadership advancement
