Warehouse Associate

*Job Summary* We are looking for a reliable and hardworking *Warehouse Associate* to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires regular physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting. The successful candidate should be a team player with good communication skills, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. *Responsibilities* * Perform general warehouse duties and assist with daily warehouse operations * Regularly lift and carry items weighing *50 lbs. or more* * Frequently walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday * Follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and efficiently * Use basic math skills when counting, measuring, or handling inventory * Communicate clearly and professionally with team members * Use email and basic Microsoft Excel functions as needed * Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in warehouse tasks * Solve problems and use critical thinking to address issues as they arise * Adapt to changing priorities and shifting workloads in a fast-paced environment * Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area * Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned *Required Qualifications* * Ability to regularly lift and carry *50 lbs. or more* * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift frequently throughout the workday * Basic math skills * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities * Good attention to detail * Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members * Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record * Must have reliable transportation to and from work * Ability to work independently while also being a team player * Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment *Preferred Qualifications* The following skills are a plus but *are not required*: * Previous forklift driving experience or forklift certification * Experience driving or operating a large truck *Ideal Candidate* The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and ready to work. You should be comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse tasks, communicating with coworkers, and adjusting to changing priorities throughout the day.
