Job Summary:Our client, a leading Financial Services provider, is seeking a Software Developer - Front End to join their team! This position is located in Atlanta, Georgia or Irving, Texas. Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop websites and applications through all phases of the development life cycle (including planning, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining)Work with project managers using traditional and Agile methodologies to plan and execute developmentRequired Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)10+ years of experience in design, development and triaging for large, complex systems5+ years of microservices development3+ years working in Spring BootExperienced using API dev tools like IntelliJ/Eclipse, Postman, Git, CucumberHands on experience in building microservices based application using Spring Boot and REST, JSONDevOps understanding – containers, cloud, automation, security, configuration management, CI/CD Experience in streaming technologies like Apache KafkaExcellent understanding of file transfer protocols like FTP, FTSP, SFTPA solid grasp of fundamental algorithms and applicationsStrong design and coding skills in Typescript/Javascript, and/or ReactFirm understanding of software development principles, capabilities and limitations of platforms, including first-time user experience, battery life, connectivity issues, and perceived performanceExperience influencing software engineering best practices within your teamHands on experience with JavaScript frameworksKnowledge of Accessibility and Web StandardsExperience with both Responsive and Adaptive Web DesignExperience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, yarn, etc.Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience in financial domainKey Competencies & Behaviors Front-end application developmentAutomation of workflows and processes to improve efficiencyStrong ability to analyze and interpret business and technical requirementsProduction support and troubleshooting of complex issuesEffective collaboration with offshore and cross-functional teamsWork EnvironmentLocation: Atlanta, GA or Irving, TXHybridCompensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $57.00 and $67.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
