Regional Key Account Manager Aquaculture Asia
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Regional Key Account Manager to oversee and grow our aquaculture business with Key accounts across Asia. The incumbent will play a critical role in developing strong relationships with strategic clients, driving revenue growth and sales penetration. As such your key responsibilities are: To reinforce Adisseo’s Business Unit Specialties in Asia; taking the lead on sales, marketing, relation building and technical support of aquaculture additives and health care products for large regional key accounts with headquarters in APAC and business activity across APAC, ISC and/or China, including large producers of fish and shrimp, integrators, and aquafeed producers. Work with Adisseo’s sales teams and distributors in Asia, including the regional aqua sales and technical teams, and the global aqua team for commercializing aqua specialty additives and health care products; explore synergies with other SBU’s product portfolios. Manage large aqua key accounts throughout the allocated area in collaboration with the local multi-species sales team for mixed livestock/aqua customers or independently for exclusive aqua customers (or dedicated aqua divisions of large customers) and/or if the local sales team is not able to cover the customer. Develop strong relationships with key accounts and must be confident when meeting key decision makers.Monitor performance of field testing and programs in aquaculture with large key accountsObtain and evaluate competitive field intelligence. Expanding sales penetration in aquaculture specialties, identifying market requirements and the needs for training in sales tools to sales team of Adisseo and distributors. To organize seminars with emphasis on large key accounts. Work closely with the regional marketing organization and the global business development team to build the regional marketing strategy for aquaculture as well as setting the business priorities for the region. Profile required. DVM or master’s degreeProven commercial/sales experience in the aquaculture market in APAC, preferentially in feedmill additives and for high value species (shrimp, marine fish, high value freshwater fish)Good understanding of the aquafeed and farm care business in APAC, preferentially having experience in a leading position at a large regional key account active in the aquafeed sector in AsiaBasic technical understanding of aquaculture nutrition and health & farm carePossess a dynamic personality, strong social & communication skills Customer focused and target drivenFluent written/verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently while being a loyal team playerWillingness to travel intensively within Asia Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
