In collaboration with Coaching peers, this person will customize learning objectives and deliverables to meet the need of the dentist and dental office team. You will assist the team with updating curriculum and creating modules to support remote education. The person in this role is responsible for completing practice assessments to evaluate dental practice opportunities and securing sales of our program.Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projectsExcellent interpersonal skills with the right balance of friendliness and firmnessExcellent communication skills with strong written and verbal experienceExceptional phone etiquetteStrong time management skillsStrong problem-solving skillsComputer experience with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and OneNote)Ability to travel 75% of the timeFlexibility is required to accommodate customers schedulesAbility to influence othersDo YOU Meet These Requirements?High School Diploma or equivalentRegistered Dental Hygienist 1-3 years of dental business/practice management experienceAbility to work up to 16 hours per week and perform in person coachingDo These Responsibilities Interest YOU?Evaluate and assess practices to identify areas of opportunity, selling coaching through the assessment processCreate proposals and agreements that align with assessment findings and present them to client. Recommendations are made on systems and programs to implement that will support the growth and optimization of the practiceIn addition to assessments, sell Practice Coaching remotely by using analytical software to identify areas of opportunityCreate, maintain, and update curriculumDeliver coaching both remotely and in person, meeting the needs of the clientPartner with clinical systems coach to create and deliver comprehensive practice improvementsEngage, foster growth, and provide counsel to clientsHelp practices implement systems that optimize patient care and satisfaction and grow the revenue and profitability of the practiceDrive sustainable, measurable and profitable growth through rigor and monthly review of the practices KPIsMonitor P&L statements for each practice and develop effective ways to close the gaps between actual performance and company projectionsDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with dental team in order to influence themSupport the implementation of training and development programs for clientsHost monthly calls with clients to check in and take pulse on their improvementsWrite comprehensive recap reports after each customer visitMaintain organized and detailed customer records in BasecampCreate PowerPoints and conduct public speaking as opportunities arise.Follow Benco Coaching curriculum and protocolMaintain customer confidentialityWho We Are: It's our Mission to Drive Dentistry ForwardBenco Dental, the largest privately owned, full-service dental distributor in the United States, has remained in the family since 1930-a family that now includes our more than 40,000 customers and over 1,500 associates in the 48 contiguous states.We provide more supply and equipment options than any other full-service distributor, an offering enhanced by a comprehensive suite of services, including office design, equipment repair, practice coaching, financing and project management, wealth management and dental-specific technology solutions.
