Logistics Data Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Data Entry Specialist to join a fast-paced transportation and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience in trucking, freight, or transportation environments and be comfortable working within the TMW Transportation Management System (TMS).ResponsibilitiesEnter load, shipment, driver, and customer information into TMWGather and process PODs (Proofs of Delivery) from carriersCreate and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentationAudit freight bills and shipment records for accuracyMaintain accurate customer and carrier informationAssist with invoicing, reporting, and logistics coordinationEnsure compliance with transportation procedures and data accuracy standardsQualificationsPrevious logistics, transportation, dispatch, or freight experience preferredExperience with TMW/TMW Suite software strongly preferredStrong data entry and typing accuracyProficient in Microsoft Excel and OutlookKnowledge of transportation and logistics terminologyExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skillsBilingual English/Spanish requiredSchedule: M-F 8AM-5PM
