Assoc Consultant

Position ResponsibilitiesUtilize approved AI tools to draft requirements, configuration documents, test cases, and client-ready documentation, review outputs with senior consultantsCreate automations and perform AI-assisted data transformations for migration and reconciliation activitiesApply responsible AI guidelines, including data privacy, auditability, and documentation of AI usageAssist senior consultants and clients in end-to-end ERP implementations, including discovery, requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and post go-live supportTrack tasks and time against project plans; flag risks and variances to project leadsDocument configurations, test cases, risks, and decisions; contribute to reusable assets and internal knowledge basesSupport business process and workflow design, mapping processes such as Record to Report, Hire to Retire, Contract to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Lead to CashShadow senior consultants to learn effective client engagement techniquesCo-facilitate training sessions and develop adoption materials under senior guidanceAssist with Ground to Cloud migration activities, including discovery, readiness checklists, test file exchanges, and validation reportsSupport cloud and SaaS administration tasks, including user and role updates, environment refreshes, and access requestsReview release notes and update SaaS administration documentation and processesFacilitate cloud service requests and ticket submissionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience acceptedStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environmentStrong interest in learning new technologies and processesCollaborative team mindset with strong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and proactive, with effective time management and willingness to share knowledgeInquisitive and eager to learnAbility to commute to Herndon, VAAbility to travel as requiredUS Citizenship is required for this position
