This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service to both internal and external clients while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including phone interaction, issue resolution, transaction processing, and account maintenance.Process updates and maintain client accounts and company records accurately and within established timelines.Support reconciliations, including cash breaks, position differences, and related reporting activities.Investigate, analyze, and resolve discrepancies or errors within client accounts.Interpret policies and procedures to independently manage operational exceptions and escalations.Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution of requests and correspondence.Maintain accounts and records in compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and risk management standards.Collaborate with technology and systems teams to support process improvements and operational efficiency.Provide administrative support, product knowledge, and technical assistance as needed.Assist with reviewing work completed by team members and support resolution of escalated issues when necessary.Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff members.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor’s degree preferred.2–2.5 years of relevant work experience preferred.Experience in Trade & Settlement processing preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and client service abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.Preferred SkillsExperience handling reconciliations and exception processing.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.Strong organizational and time management skills.
