Lead Engineer

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Engineer to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToReview performance specification/performance requirements to identify test parameters necessary to establish digital and RF Radar subsystems test capabilityLead/mentor team members in RF testing and development projects.Work alongside government engineers in designing automated RF test systems.Write technical papers and develop Technical Data Packages (TDP).Assist in estimating the time and cost of engineering projectsDesign multi-functional test stations capable of energizing and testing, electrical factors, digital controls, and RF parametersUse software interface, automate test station to collect design specification dataDocument testing process to ensure sustainability and complianceMinimum Qualifications12 + years of professional engineering experienceBachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.Experience supporting Navy Electronic Warfare SystemsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting RF and Digital devicesExperience supporting WXS (Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division)Clearance RequirementsMust hold an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI.Physical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
