SummaryThis position is located in the Standing Rock Service Unit (SRSU). The primary purpose of this position is to function as the Supervisor of Special Diabetes Program for Indians (SDPI). The incumbent is responsible for supervising, directing and coordinating activities of the Special Diabetes Program for Indians. Incumbent subject to occasionally work weekends and overtime to provide SDPI grant activities and services. Examples Include: Plan and carry out assignments, assess diabetes education and status of Diabetes Standards of Care, discuss treatment plan with physicians. Coordinate care with other departments.
