RequirementsPrevious experience in an HR, People Operations, or HR Advisory roleSolid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and offboardingFamiliarity with employment legislation and HR best practices (US experience required; UK exposure beneficial)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential recordsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with employees and managersAbility to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalismStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify process improvementsProficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting cross-functional teamsWhat the job involvesThe Manager, People Business Partner supports the delivery of key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, providing day-to-day guidance to managers and employees while coordinating activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and organizational changeBy maintaining accurate HR data, supporting employee relations matters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role helps ensure people processes run smoothly, remain compliant, and effectively support the organization's workforce and business objectivesReports to: Associate Director, People Business PartnerBuild strong relationships with managers and employees, providing day-to-day HR guidance and escalating complex matters where appropriateAttend stakeholder meetings where required to capture updates, support follow-up actions, and maintain awareness of team and business needsAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employee records, documentation, and internal systems are updated accuratelySupport organizational change activities such as restructures, Reductions in Force (RIF) and redundancies by coordinating documentation, preparing letters, and maintaining accurate recordsAssist in coordinating talent review processes, succession planning activities, and development planning initiativesTrack potential flight risk indicators and support the implementation of retention or development actions as guided by the Associate Director, People Business PartnerSupport workforce planning processes by maintaining resource plans, tracking headcount changes, and coordinating updates between HR, Finance, and hiring managersAssist with recruitment processes including reviewing Job Requisition Forms (JRFs/TJRFs), coordinating approvals, and supporting the offer processProvide administrative and operational support for employee relations matters including performance management, conduct, and capability processesAssist with documentation and coordination of settlement agreements and other formal HR processes in line with company policies and legal requirementsSupport key moments in the performance cycle, including mid-year and end-of-year reviewsCoordinate processes related to promotions, salary adjustments, equity allocations, and bonus administration in partnership with the People Operations teamDraft and maintain HR policies and support the policy approval process, ensuring documents are uploaded and maintained in the Master Control (QMS) systemPrepare and submit "Someone is Leaving" forms (SILs) and coordinate exit interviews, capturing feedback and identifying emerging themesPrepare Change Request Forms (CRFs) and ensure employee lifecycle changes are communicated and processed accuratelyProvide operational support across HR systems and employee lifecycle processes including performance management, and employee data managementAssist with the coordination and tracking of leave of absence cases, ensuring employees and managers understand policy requirements and documentation needsSupport payroll processes where required, including preparation of instructions to payContribute to HR and People Operations projects, assisting with planning, coordination, and implementation of new initiativesAssist with global mobility processes, including coordinating intra-company transfers, tracking application progress, and liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisors where requiredIdentify opportunities to improve HR operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesJ-18808-Ljbffr
