Job Description NORTON COMMUNITY MEDICAL ASSOCIATES, the primary care practice arm of Norton Medical Group, is recruiting for primary care physicians to join its team of over 350 medical providers specializing in family medicine, internal medicine, internal medicine/pediatrics and urgent care. We are specifically looking to fill openings in Elizabethtown, Shepherdsville, Taylorsville and Frankfort, KY.From urban to rural locations, large to small practices, and population mixes of all types, our Norton Community Medical Associates adult primary care practices offer you an opportunity to practice primary care in a setting that fits your career goals while always being connected to the areas leading health care provider, Norton Healthcare.We have 36 locations and one mobile unit throughout Greater Louisville, including practices in Southern Indiana and surrounding communities. Adult primary care practice opportunities feature a competitive compensation package of a protected base salary with a productivity bonus option, relocation assistance, and a sign-on bonus of $60,000. In addition, we also include up to $100,000 recruitment incentive plan for candidates coming out of training or have less than one year of experience. Experienced physicians relocating to the area will receive a $60,000 retention bonus.
