Compassionate Clinician

We are a private practice committed to helping clients experience emotional healing, renewed identity, and lasting growth through evidence-based care rooted in biblical truth.We are seeking a licensed or associate-level clinician who is passionate about walking with clients at the intersection of mental health and faith.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.Provide individual and/or couples therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities.Maintain accurate medical records and document all clinical interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including case managers, medical professionals, educators, and community organizations to coordinate care as needed.QualificationsCurrent licensure as an LMHCA (Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LSW (Licensed Social Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFTA (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).Experience or desire to work with trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, or faith-related concerns.Training or interest in modalities like CBT, EMDR, or attachment-based work.Previous experience in private practice or outpatient settings a plus.Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop effective treatment plans aligned with clinical research standards.Proficiency in effective communication, active listening, and building rapport with clients, families, and team members.Is warm, relational, and client-centered.Desires a work environment that prioritizes health, balance, and authenticity.What You’ll ReceiveFlexible schedule (minimum 20 clinical hours per week)Weekly case staffing/supervision and clinical supportA mission-driven environment aligned with your valuesAdministrative support including client onboarding (so you can focus on clients, not logistics)Fully furnished officeLiability insuranceCEU stipendPaid time offThis role is ideal for motivated clinicians eager to combine their mental health expertise with faith-based principles to foster healing communities.
