Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting experience and PLC knowledge to join a growing manufacturing operation on 1st shift. This role is ideal for someone with a strong industrial maintenance background who can support automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and production machineryDiagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faultsPerform preventative and predictive maintenanceTroubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systemsRead and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsReplace motors, sensors, relays, drives, contactors, and other electrical componentsSupport equipment uptime and continuous improvement initiativesComplete maintenance documentation and work ordersFollow all safety procedures and maintenance standardsRequirementsPrevious experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturingStrong electrical troubleshooting experience requiredPLC troubleshooting knowledge requiredExperience with industrial automation equipmentAbility to troubleshoot 480V systems preferredExperience with conveyors, motors, pumps, and production equipmentAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPreferred ExperienceAllen Bradley or Siemens PLCsFood manufacturing, packaging, automotive, or industrial manufacturingVFDs, sensors, robotics, or automated systemsPay & Benefits? $35–$38/hr ? 1st Shift Schedule ?
