DescriptionAs the Mortgage Software Client Implementation Specialist, you will act as the primary liaison for both new and existing mortgage lender clients, leading them through the onboarding process from early identi?cation of client requirements to application setup, testing, and training on our document, work?ow, or compliance software platform(s).Key ResponsibilitiesLead new customers through the onboarding process, from early identi?cation of client loan program and business requirements, to application setup, testing and training on our document, work?ow or compliance software platform(s).For existing clients, manage conversions and provide support after implementation by evaluating needs, working with internal business partners and development, and ensuring that expectations are managed and met.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure implementation is efficient, consistent, and product quality is ensured.Get involved during sales and planning processes, and then effectively hand over to customer service, with collaboration among business and technology teams throughout the process.Aid in creation and updating of internal and external documentation consisting of guides, process and procedures, and training materials.SpecificsLocation: Can be worked remotely.Work Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday.Team/Collaboration: Highly adaptable, ready to take on new challenges and learn about the company inside and out.Salary: $85,000 Benefits: Full time, salaried position offering bene?ts (health, vision, dental, and 401k). Requirements5+ years of implementation or closing experience in the mortgage industry.Ability to quickly acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Asurity's key products, Propel and RegCheck, or the ability to quickly achieve deep pro?ciency.Experience successfully managing LOS and POS integrations (e.g. Encompass, Calyx,Empower,MeridianLink) and working with document and e-closing systems (e.g., Docutech, IDS, DocuSign).Demonstrated ability to adhere to and execute formal software onboarding and implementation methodologies, including coordinating work within sprint structures.Solid knowledge of mortgage work?ow, industry terms, and key players/vendors.High degree of collaboration, with proven ability to work effectively across Sales, Product Management, and Development teams to ensure efficient client onboarding.Strong personal initiative, attention to detail, and highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
