Marketing Specialist

This role is a mix of hands-on execution and light strategic contribution, ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, supporting a multi-person sales team, and improving how we tell the Intulse story. You’ll work closely with sales leadership and teammates across the company to coordinate campaigns, create and guide marketing materials, and ensure our marketing efforts directly support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Campaign Execution
Support a multi-person sales team with coordinated marketing efforts that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and initiatives
Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, email templates, and supporting content
Guide the creation of marketing materials such as print pieces, videos, and other assets used for social media, conferences, and sales outreach, coordinating with internal teammates or external partners as needed
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify opportunities where marketing can better support pipeline growth
Content, Events & Communication
Coordinate and manage content creation across channels including email, website, and social media
Assist with writing, editing, and organizing marketing content to ensure consistency and clarity
Plan and oversee the development of marketing assets including print collateral, short-form videos, and visual content to support social media, events, and conference presence
Coordinate conferences, trade shows, and other events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up
Help ensure consistent messaging and brand presentation across all external communications
CRM & Reporting
Use and maintain our CRM to support marketing and sales initiatives
Track campaign performance, sales engagement, and other key metrics
Provide reporting and insights to help guide future marketing efforts
Ensure data accuracy and organization within marketing- and sales-related CRM activities
Collaboration & Light Strategy
Work closely with sales, leadership, and other teams to align priorities
Contribute ideas and insights to improve marketing effectiveness and sales support
Provide direction and feedback on creative concepts to ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand, messaging, and sales goals
Help refine processes and workflows that improve coordination between marketing and sales
Skills & Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day tasks
Experience working with a CRM or similar systems
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
Not required, but a strong plus:
Experience working in, or marketing to, one of the following industries: financial advisors, insurance offices, IT services, SaaS, or churches
Ability to work at least 3 days per week in one of our physical offices (Lancaster, PA or Sugar Land, TX)
