Job DescriptionJob Location: WaipahuCompensation: $75,000-80,000/yearEmployment Type: Direct Hire - Full TimeWork Schedule: Monday-FridayKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain customer relationships; generate new leads and meet revenue goalsAssist customers in selecting appropriate equipment and prepare bids, contracts, and payment processingConduct site visits, perform equipment demonstrations, and coordinate equipment delivery with mechanicsMonitor competitor activity and support local marketing efforts to increase market shareMaintain accurate sales reports and customer recordsRequired Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in equipment rental or construction industry (10+ years preferred)Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to learn and demonstrate equipment use; willingness to travel locally/off-islandValid driver's license; ability to pass drug test and equipment operation training (forklift/aerial lift)Computer skills (MS Office) and ability to prepare contracts and reportsAbility to work extended hours as needed and perform occasional physical tasks including lifting and equipment handling
