PeopleSoft HCM Consultant | Location: Remote| ContractWe are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to support a critical PeopleSoft Time & Labor and Payroll initiative. This role involves leading functional and technical support for upcoming PUM Image and Tax Updates within heavily customized PeopleSoft environments, primarily focusing on payroll processing and Time & Labor modules. The position offers an excellent opportunity for a senior-level professional to operate independently and guide the organization through complex system updates.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads and supports the implementation of upcoming PeopleSoft PUM Image and Tax Updates.Analyzes and addresses impacts related to heavily customized PeopleSoft Time & Labor configurations.Collaborates with business analysts and development teams to identify required enhancements, fixes, and workaround solutions.Assists with configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities for Payroll and Time & Labor modules.Provides functional and technical guidance throughout the update lifecycle.Supports troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation and post-production stabilization.Works closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery ahead of the planned early July production go-live.Required QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll and Time & Labor modules.Prior experience implementing or supporting PeopleSoft PUM Image updates and tax updates.Experience working within customized PeopleSoft environments, particularly within Time & Labor.Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 environments.Strong understanding of payroll processing and Time & Labor configurations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead initiatives independently while collaborating with functional and development teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on the latest PeopleSoft PUM releases.Ability to identify and implement workaround solutions for customized functionality impacted by PUM updates.Prior experience supporting production deployments and stabilization efforts.Experience partnering with offshore or internal development teams.About Delphi-US - Peacemakers In The Talent WarDelphi-US is a national IT Services firm based in Newport, Rhode Island.
