Pay: From $90,000.00 per yearJob description:Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to advocating for injured workers and a deep understanding of state-specific workers’ compensation laws and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in workers’ compensation cases from initial consultation through settlement or litigation.Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations before Workers’ Compensation Judges.Collect, analyze, and organize medical records and other evidence.Draft legal documents, including motions, petitions, and settlement agreements.Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach favorable outcomes for clients.Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, medical professionals, and legal personnel.Ensure timely and compliant case management and documentation.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Florida.Minimum 2 years of experience in workers’ compensation lawStrong litigation and negotiation skills.Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Continuing legal education (CLE) support.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Job Types: Full-time, ContractBenefits:Health insuranceExperience:Workers' compensation: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Miami, FL 33144 (Required)Ability to Relocate:Miami, FL 33144: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
