Early Childhood Grades K - 5 Registered Behavior Technician in Florence, MA

Job Description Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.This contracted position is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in early childhood through Grade 5 within a school setting in Florence, MA. The role focuses on working with a moderate to severe caseload, providing essential behavioral interventions under supervision.Key Responsibilities:Implement behavior intervention plans for students with varying needs, primarily moderate to severe cases.Collect and document data accurately to inform ongoing treatment adjustments.Collaborate with supervising behavior analysts and educational staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.Support student growth and development through individualized, evidence-based techniques.Maintain confidentiality and comply with all school policies and procedures.Desired Qualifications:Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged children (Grades K-5).Ability to manage moderate to severe behavioral caseloads effectively.Strong communication and documentation skills.Willingness to follow supervision and adhere to ethical standards.Location:Florence, MassachusettsThis contract opportunity offers a meaningful way to apply behavioral expertise in a supportive educational environment with supervision provided.
