Bartender

*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and customer preferences
* Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales
* Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately to process cash and card transactions efficiently
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
* Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor beverage levels to ensure smooth service during busy hours
* Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience
* Handle cash transactions with accuracy, process payments, and provide correct change while maintaining professionalism at all times
*Experience*
* Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings
* Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits
* Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly
* Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
* Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and cash handling procedures
* Knowledge of beverage development, craft beer trends, wine knowledge, and bar management practices is highly desirable
