Customer Success Representative

Our retail client in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join their team! This is an onsite/full-time/direct-hire position Salary range based on experience: $18-$21/HR + Growth Opportunity Responsibilities: Build relationships with retailers through phone and email Answer customer questions and provide exceptional service Process orders accurately and efficiently Solve customer problems with professionalism and urgency Learn our products and help customers make recommendations Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and eCommerce Continuously learn new systems and processes Help improve how we serve our customers What We're Looking For You don't need jewelry experience; we'll teach you that. Friendly and positive Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable talking with people A strong communicator Curious and eager to learn Comfortable using computers and technology Dependable and accountable A team player who enjoys helping others Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, inside sales, or office administration is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter even more.
