Supervisor, Remote Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Supervisor Remote Operations to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Media environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $105,100 – $140,900 annuallyResponsibilities Liaise with mobile unit providers and vendors for accurate event planning Support onsite and remote event execution through communication with production leads Manage inventory and maintenance of production equipment throughout the season Maintain accuracy in planning documents and team scheduling tools Track vendor payments, invoices, and freelancer timecards in coordination with finance teams Participate in cross-functional planning and weekly meetings Assist in onboarding and training new coordinators or seasonal staff Provide real-time support during broadcasts, troubleshooting issues as they ariseQualifications 3+ years in sports media operations, broadcast logistics, or live event production Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under pressure Proven experience in team environments with effective problem-solving skills Familiarity with production compounds, vendor management, and event logistics Proficient in SmartSheet and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hoursBenefits Medical, financial, and other benefits available Full range of benefits depending on position and level Opportunity for bonuses and/or long-term incentive units Work with a leading brand in the sports industryOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
