This role ensures materials are properly tracked, moved, and available to maintain production schedules while coordinating across teams to prevent delays.Key ResponsibilitiesMove materials between storage, production, and other locations to support workflowMonitor work-in-process (WIP) and ensure parts availabilityTrack and communicate material and production status using systems and manual reportingIdentify and resolve material discrepancies using established proceduresCoordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and expedite production activitiesFollow standard work instructions and maintain production flowSupport inventory control and production scheduling effortsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required1+ year of experience in production, inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing environmentAbility to follow standard procedures and work under general supervisionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer skills for tracking and reportingSchedule & Work EnvironmentShift: All Shifts100% onsite in North Charleston, SCMust be able to:Operate a forkliftLift up to 35 lbsStand/walk for extended periods, including occasional stairsAdditional Requirements xaygatp U.S. person required for export complianceBackground check and drug screening required upon offerSuccessful completion of training (OJT and/or classroom) requiredMust maintain regular and reliable attendanceSchedule may shift based on business needsWhat You’ll BringAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong communication and coordination skillsProblem-solving mindset for material and inventory discrepanciesCommitment to safety, quality, and efficienc
