The role involves providing technical support to customers, offering hands-on service, and conducting sales visits to promote products and build customer relationships. Responsibilities include demonstrating products and services, assisting with installations, training customers on product use, and negotiating sales. The Technician/Outside Sales Representative will work closely with customers to understand and fulfill their needs while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Service and Communication for building and maintaining positive relationships.Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation to generate new business opportunities and close deals effectively.Ability to facilitate hands-on Training for customers on product functionality and usage.Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle onsite responsibilities efficiently.Willingness and ability to travel locally to client locations as part of the role.Familiarity with automotive products or industry experience is a plus, though not required.High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business, automotive, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
