Part-Time Home Care Office Coordinator / Client Services (WellSky Preferred)Seniors Helping Seniors East King | King County, WA (Local candidates)Part-Time: 20–30 hours/week | Flexible daytime schedule$25–$29/hour DOESeniors Helping Seniors East King is a growing in-home senior care agency dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes through compassionate companionship and personal care support.We are seeking an organized, proactive, compassionate, and customer-focused Part-Time Home Care Office Coordinator / Client Services professional to support our growing operations.This role is ideal for someone with prior home care agency experience who understands caregiver scheduling, client communication, recruiting coordination, lead intake, and day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls from prospective clients, families, caregivers, and referral partnersRespond promptly to new care inquiries and help convert leads into scheduled consultationsSupport sales lead follow-up and client intake coordinationSchedule consultations, home assessments, and follow-up appointmentsScreen, interview, and help hire caregiver applicants, including coordinating onboarding and hiring paperworkAssist with caregiver scheduling, shift coverage, and call-out managementSupport caregiver/client matching and service coordinationMaintain accurate records in WellSky Personal Care (preferred) or similar home care softwareTrack documentation, compliance tasks, and operational follow-upsSupport general office operations and administrative coordinationOccasionally assist with client visits / assessments as the role evolvesPreferred Qualifications1–3+ years of home care agency office experience requiredHands-on WellSky Personal Care experience strongly preferred (or similar platforms such as AxisCare, ClearCare, AlayaCare, or HHAeXchange)Experience with caregiver scheduling / staffing coordinationSome sales, lead intake, inside sales, customer conversion, or client service experience preferredStrong phone communication and customer service skillsExcellent organization and multitasking abilityComfortable working independently in a growing entrepreneurial environmentReliable transportation requiredSenior care / home care experience strongly preferredWhy Join UsMeaningful mission-driven work helping seniors live with dignity and independenceFlexible part-time daytime scheduleOpportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the agency expandsSupportive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work environmentIf you enjoy helping families, coordinating care, creating order in a fast-moving environment, and making a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you.
