Cloud Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Support development, testing, and deployment of solutions within Government Cloud Solutions. Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, Firewalls). Monitor and manage scalability parameters in cloud network infrastructure. Perform routine maintenance, apply patches, and manage configuration backups. Partner with senior architects to implement and maintain Cloud Network solutions for AWS. Coordinate with software developers for smooth application migrations to the Cloud.What You'll Need Active Secret Clearance; eligible to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2-4 years of experience (or equivalent). Active CompTIA Security+ Certification (DoD 8570 compliant). 1-2 years of practical experience with cloud services (AWS preferred), including Route53, VPCs, and VPNs. Solid understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, routing, IPSec tunnels, subnetting, and network segmentation.
