Functional Medicine Provider (NP, PA, MD, or DO) Full-Time | Vitality Med Spa & Plastic Surgery Center | Suwanee, GA Compensation: $100,000–$200,000+ (Training Pay → Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Profit Sharing) About Vitality Med Spa: Vitality Med Spa & Plastic Surgery Center is a physician-led, highly rated practice located in Suwanee, Georgia. For over 15 years, we have been dedicated to delivering elevated aesthetic and wellness care with a strong focus on personalized treatment, long-term patient relationships, and exceptional outcomes. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding and growing our Functional Medicine division focused on root-cause healing, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and longevity-focused care. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced NP, PA, MD, or DO with Functional Medicine expertise to lead, build, and grow our Functional Medicine services. This is a leadership role for a provider who is confident in functional lab interpretation, protocol development, and delivering comprehensive, integrative care. This position offers the opportunity to expand and elevate Functional Medicine services within an established, stable practice, leveraging our existing patient base, infrastructure, and 15+ years of operational success. Core Functional Medicine & Wellness Services The provider will lead, develop, and expand services including: Functional Medicine & Root-Cause Care Comprehensive Functional Medicine consultations Root-cause evaluation of chronic and complex health concerns Personalized, data-driven treatment protocols Lifestyle, nutrition, and environmental health assessments Advanced Diagnostics & Lab Testing Functional and advanced lab testing Hormone panels, metabolic markers, and biomarker analysis Gut health testing and personalized interventions Nutrient deficiency and toxicity assessments Hormone, Longevity & Metabolic Optimization Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) Hormone optimization for energy, mood, libido, weight, and aging Longevity-focused medicine and health optimization protocols Medical weight management and metabolic health programs Regenerative, Peptide & Advanced Wellness Therapies Peptide therapies for recovery, performance, metabolic health, and anti-aging Exosome therapy for regenerative, longevity, and cellular optimization purposes IV nutrient therapy and customized IV protocols Regenerative and wellness-based treatments Hair restoration and sexual wellness treatments Key Responsibilities Lead Functional Medicine consultations and ongoing care Diagnose and manage chronic and preventative health conditions Design and oversee Functional Medicine protocols and workflows Order, interpret, and apply advanced lab testing Educate patients on lifestyle, supplementation, and longevity strategies Grow and engage an existing patient base with new wellness services Collaborate with aesthetic, surgical, and wellness teams Document clinical encounters accurately in EMR Required Qualifications Licensed NP, PA, MD, or DO (Georgia license or ability to obtain) Board certified (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty preferred) Minimum 2+ years of Functional or Integrative Medicine experience (REQUIRED) Proven experience interpreting functional labs and managing complex cases Strong knowledge of hormone optimization, metabolic health, longevity, peptides, and regenerative care Confident building and leading a new service line Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with a performance-based bonus structure Quarterly provider-based profit sharing tied to individual performance and revenue milestones Total compensation potential: $100,000–$200,000+ $2,500 annual CME allowance to support continued education and professional development Paid Time Off (PTO) Complimentary aesthetic and wellness treatments as part of our provider beauty and wellness benefits Structured onboarding and clinical integration support Long-term leadership and growth opportunity within an established, expanding practice Why Join Vitality Med Spa?
