Burn Table / Beam Line Operator

USA Structural is currently hiring a Shop CNC Burn Table Operator / Programmer, CNC Angle Line Operator / Programmer, and CNC Drill Line Operator / Programmer. We are a structural steel company with our headquarters located in Sarasota, Florida. Responsibilities: Adhere to and implement proper Burn Table / Drill Line / Angle Line operating procedures. Maintain accurate dimensional tolerances set forth on drawings. Produce quality product while focusing on given standards. Ability to read, understand and follow blueprints. Handle heavy materials manually and with overhead cranes or machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Assure all operations are performed and documented in compliance with the USA Structural quality assurance policies. Maintain traceability requirements by completing required documentation. Clean, maintain, troubleshoot CNC equipment. Adhere to all safety practices and report any unsafe conditions, broken or malfunctioning equipment. Other non-CNC duties on occasion as assigned (i.e., finish work, paint prep, etc.) Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. Must be able to kneel on floor while working. Must be able to bend, stoop and squat. Job requires pushing, pulling and overhead reach. Must be able to keep pace with workflow. Must be able to work non-traditional work schedule as needed. Must perform pre-employment drug screen. Qualifications: 2 Years practical CNC experience CNC programming experience, preferred. Knowledge of drawing symbols. Basic understanding machine tolerances.
