Responsibilities Receive inbound emergency and non-emergency calls Collect and document information from callersPrioritize calls according to the level of urgencyTransmit information to the appropriate person or departmentDirect response units to appropriate locationMonitor status of the response teamQualificationsHigh school diploma/GEDPrevious experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar positionExcellent typing and data entry skills Understanding xaygatp of best practices and procedures for emergency response situationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projectsAbility to work well under pressureCompany Culture
