Our corporate values guide us uncompromisingly to always do the right thing, continually learn and improve, respect everyone, and lead with service and humility.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and follow all organization and department safety policies and procedures.Read and interpret customer specifications and drawings for complex products and implement them into business processes, products, and processes.Lead Material Review and Corrective Action BoardsParticipate in and Lead Internal, Agency, and Customer Audits and Plan and Schedule AuditsFrequent interaction with suppliers and customers, represent site in recurring Customer meetings, present corrective action results to Customers and coach Suppliers on Issue Resolution and Corrective ActionsLead, Facilitate, and Train others on Problem Solving Methods (PPS, A3, 8D)Perform Measurement System Analysis.
