Develop and manage individualized treatment plans (including medication management). Provide evidence-based therapy for conditions like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for integrated care. Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure HIPAA compliance. Participate in case conferences and contribute to practice improvement initiatives.
