I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent or travel employee of Christus Health in the past six months.Additional Confirmations Travel pairs are not accepted. If you are submitted as a travel pair, the facility will decline.Travel Contract Must travel at least 60.0 miles to receive a travel stipend.
