Financial AnalystWe’re looking for a Financial Analyst who will play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial data to support decision-making, improve business performance, and help achieve organizational goals. As a Best Places to Work award-winner and a trusted partner to a variety of clients, we specialize in tailoring solutions in healthcare IT, Implementation Services, and more, offering everything from remote consulting opportunities to direct-hire roles and in-house careers.What You'll Do:Develop and maintain financial models to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including KPI tracking and variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate insights to leadership and key stakeholders.Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.Generate accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards for senior management to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and business intelligence to improve reporting processes and data accuracy.Conduct in-depth financial and market analysis, including competitor and industry research, to support business strategy.Identify inefficiencies in financial reporting processes and recommend automation or improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.Monitor financial performance against KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.Communicate financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.Your Experience:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and perform financial modeling.Experience with financial reporting tools, databases, and ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting processes, and accounting principles such as GAAP.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.Critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate risks, identify problems, and recommend solutions.Why CSI?
