This role supports key business systems across finance, supply chain, operations, IT, and external partner platforms. In this position, you will help ensure the reliability, security, integrity, and compliance of ERP data and processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into stable, auditable, and well-controlled system solutions.Job Functions Include, But Are Not Limited ToMaintain Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains security, including user access, permissions, audits, quotas, and security controlsApply sound judgment and knowledge of IT, accounting, audit, and data security standards to protect system integrity and support business workflow needsCreate, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows, stored procedures, scheduled reports, and real-time reportsMaintain SQL Server environments, including testing and applying patches, upgrades, and new releases in a timely mannerProvide user support and training for business application systemsSupport the research, beta testing, implementation, installation, and upgrade of system enhancements and third-party applicationsPerform and validate master data updates, including item attributes, tariff/HTS fields, credit limits, pricing data, and related business dataInvestigate and resolve data inconsistencies, system defects, reporting issues, and integration errorsSupport SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, and future reporting platforms, including updates, code changes, report publishing, validation, and user supportDevelop and maintain documentation for end-user processes and IT system management proceduresMaintain database systems in accordance with industry standards for data integrity, data security, and complianceObserve user processes, respond to user needs, and proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvementParticipate in company-wide business process reviews to support smoother operations, automation opportunities, and improved technology solutionsEducation And QualificationsA degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience administering, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics Great PlainsStrong experience with SQL, including T-SQLExperience supporting business applications used in finance, procurement, materials management, supply chain, or related business areasAbility to investigate system issues, compare multiple courses of action, and recommend practical solutions that support business needsExperience creating, maintaining, or troubleshooting workflows, stored procedures, reports, and data processesExperience supporting Citrix environments and published database applications is preferredAbility to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple departmentsExperience supporting mobile business applications or ERP modernization projects is a plusCompensation & BenefitsThis full-time, exempt position comes with a comprehensive benefits package. In your first year, you will receive 10 paid vacation days, 8 paid personal days, 8 paid scheduled holidays and 3 paid floating holidays (Residents of California and Puerto Rico will receive state-mandated sick leave instead of personal days). After one year of employment, you will also be eligible for a generous short-term disability program with the company covering 100% of monthly premiums.The starting salary range for this role is $97,000 to $100,000 annually, paid semi-monthly.
