Sales Development Representative
Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage with key decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and social channels
Create awareness and generate interest in SecPod’s Saner platform
Schedule high-quality meetings with prospects for the Account Executive team
Collaborate with marketing teams to nurture inbound leads and enhance campaign conversion
Maintain up-to-date lead and activity records using CRM tools (HubSpot)
Work closely with the sales team to optimize Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and outreach strategies
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline contribution
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in English and Polish
Familiarity with cybersecurity, endpoint management, or IT SaaS sales
Understanding of the European B2B tech landscape, particularly in the DACH or Central/Eastern European regions
Requirements
0–1 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role in a B2B SaaS environment (cybersecurity experience is a plus)
Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Apollo, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Polish fluency is an advantage)
Strong understanding of CRM systems and modern sales engagement platforms
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote-first work setup
