Combine your workout and your workday in this active role! The Logistics Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our field teams have what they need, when and where they need it. This position is primarily responsible for driving, material delivery, and jobsite logistics — supporting smooth project flow and maintaining Ascent's reputation for organization and dependability. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in an active construction environment, takes initiative, and enjoys independent work with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Safely transport and deliver flooring materials, tools, and supplies between warehouse, suppliers, and job sites. Navigate active construction sites, locate superintendents or foremen, and coordinate safe material offloading. Shake out and stage materials efficiently to support installation crews. Perform miscellaneous site errands and support tasks as directed by the Division Manager or Project Managers. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization, and basic maintenance. Communicate clearly and professionally with superintendents, field staff, and office personnel. Identify ways to add value on-site — proactively assisting crews, tidying work areas, or anticipating next-step needs. Ensure accurate delivery documentation and daily time tracking. Secondary Responsibilities: Support quality control efforts through inspection, cleanup, or finishing touches. Ideal Candidate Great physical shape: Bench 200+ lbs., Squat 250+ lbs., Deadlift 300+ lbs. Self-starter who looks for work, not direction. Dependable and punctual, with a track record of reliability. Comfortable working alone for long stretches. Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and respectful on jobsites. Positive attitude and team-first mindset. Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Experience in construction, material handling, or logistics preferred. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on active construction sites.
