Team Supervisor

Location: Alpharetta, GA (On-Site) Pay Rate: $23 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced On-Site Team Lead to oversee a team responsible for search engine response ratings. This role requires a leader with a passion for AI and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), a strong IT background, and a proven track record in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, particularly in roles related to AI or team management. As the Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and relevance of search engine results. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, guiding your team to meet performance targets, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of search engine response raters, ensuring optimal team performance and productivity. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of search engine ratings, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions where necessary. Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance team effectiveness. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and keep them up-to-date with the latest industry trends and AI technologies. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the team and upper management, ensuring clear communication of goals, expectations, and feedback. Operational Oversight: Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed, and that the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the course of operations, ensuring minimal disruption to the team's workflow. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in roles related to AI, SEO, or team management. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on performance management, coaching, and development. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, with a passion for AI and SEO. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to both team members and senior management. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
