Services are delivered in clients’ homes, our offices, or virtually, depending on the needs of the individuals you support.What You’ll DoConduct behavioral assessments, observations, and research to guide individualized plansDevelop and implement behavior intervention plans to support independence, skill development, and quality of lifeCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support each individual’s goalsMaintain professional documentation in compliance with agency standards and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance CodeWhat You BringMaster’s Degree in a human service fieldCurrent BCBA certificationMinimum one year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities (preferred: ABA experience under Medicaid Waiver programs)Valid Illinois driver’s license & insuranceAt Lifelong Access, people feel seen, heard, and supported, for our staff and the individuals we serve.
