This entry-level sales role will focus on onboarding, supporting and managing new and existing accounts for RTS Carrier Services. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a dynamic, ambitious and outgoing personality. What You'll DoWork closely with sales teams to set up new business and ensure successful onboardingBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships through clear communicationAnalyze existing client accounts to identify, upsell and cross-sell sales growth opportunitiesEnsure the timely and successful delivery of requests and solutions according to client objectivesCommunicate the status of all client relationships clearly and timelyParticipate in strategic planning, including corporate positioning, competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plansAssist in product marketing, including product launch management, new business development, presentations, sales tools and competitive analysisContinually refine all processes as necessary to stay in front of customers in relevant industriesTrack metrics for all programs and activitiesOther duties as assignedWhat You'll Bring Bachelor's degree is preferred, and/or 2+ years of customer service or account management experienceExcellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite)Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentCritical thinking and negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbalWhat Will Put You AheadDesire to work in a competitive sales and team environmentAttention to detailPassion to learn and build relationshipsSelf-motivated and self-sufficient, while seeking guidance and direction as neededBilingual skillsApply Today!We're so excited to connect with you!
