General Laborer Foundation Repair Pay: $15$18/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time Location: Marietta, OH Company Overview An established leader in foundation repair and new construction steel pilings is seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers to join their team. This role supports both residential and commercial projects, helping install reliable foundation repair solutions. Job Summary As a Laborer, you will work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, assisting with foundation repair and construction tasks. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, good customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Responsibilities Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and supplies Dig trenches and level dirt, sand, or gravel Mix and pour concrete as needed Operate hand tools and power tools safely Maintain clean and organized job sites Drive company work trucks when required Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently Qualifications Previous experience in construction, foundation repair, concrete work, or related field preferred Will consider candidates with strong hands-on labor experience Valid drivers license required Ability to pass background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen (through OHP) Must be able to lift 5060 lbs regularly Reliable transportation to and from the shop daily Mancan offers our temporary employees full benefits such as paid vacations, holidays, 401K, as well as vision, dental, and medical.
