The Office Manager performs the administrative functions of scheduling/coordinating client appointments and providing quality customer service. This position is also responsible for the supervision of the Receptionist staff.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card throughout employment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year full-time experience in a medical or behavioral health setting and one (1) year experience in reception/front desk duties.

Additional Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ drivers license with a clean or acceptable driving record. An unacceptable driving record includes (but is not limited to) the following:
more than two [2] moving violations in the last three [3] years or;
more than one [1] at-fault accident within the last three [3] years or;
any major violation (i.e. DUI, Careless/Reckless Driving, Drag Racing, Hit and Run) within the last three [3] years.
Other driving related violations may be considered unacceptable. At time of job offer, submission of 36 month (three year) driving record from DMV will be required. These standards must be maintained throughout employment and up-to-date driving records are reviewed regularly for current employees.
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
