This role provides administrative and operational support across a large portfolio of commercial properties, working closely with internal teams, field operations, and third-party partners.This is a high-visibility position offering exposure to construction projects, lease administration, and property operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate capital and tenant improvement projects across a commercial real estate portfolioSet up and maintain project workflows, budgets, and documentation within internal systems (Yardi preferred)Review and interpret lease agreements to identify landlord obligations and project scope requirementsSupport invoice processing, coding, and budget tracking for construction and property-related projectsUpload and manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and supporting materialsServe as liaison between internal teams, field operations, and third-party/outsourced partnersIdentify and resolve discrepancies, missing documentation, and workflow issuesMaintain accurate project data, including budgets, timelines, and forecastsAssist with reporting and ensure adherence to internal processes and proceduresQualifications:1–3+ years of experience in real estate, property management, construction, or related fieldExposure to lease review, project coordination, or facilities/property operations preferredExperience with invoice processing, data entry, and workflow coordinationStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WordExperience with Yardi or similar property management systems is a plusStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyIdeal Candidate Profile:Background in real estate, property management, leasing, or construction coordinationComfortable working with budgets, invoices, and operational workflowsProcess-oriented with strong critical thinking skillsAdaptable and able to operate in a fast-paced, changing environmentCustomer service mindset with ability to work with both internal teams and external partners
