Software Engineer (React/Java)

Senior Front-End Developer (React)Join a high-impact team building modern, cloud-native web and mobile applications that support enterprise users across retail, service, and internal operations. This role is heavily focused on front-end development, delivering responsive, scalable, and high-performing user experiences across web and mobile platforms.You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to build intuitive interfaces, drive UI consistency, and elevate the overall user experience, while contributing to backend services as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop modern, responsive UIs using React, JavaScript, and TypeScriptBuild and maintain reusable components and shared front-end librariesDrive UI/UX consistency, performance, and accessibility across applicationsPartner with backend engineers to define and integrate RESTful APIsLead code reviews, mentor developers, and promote front-end best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve issues across web and mobile environmentsContribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release processesParticipate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, releases)Required Qualifications6+ years of software development experience with a strong front-end focusExpertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScriptExperience building applications in cloud-based environmentsSolid understanding of API integration and RESTful servicesExperience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelinesStrong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)Experience working in Agile/Scrum teamsPreferredExperience with state management tools (React Query, Redux, etc.)Familiarity with authentication/authorization (Auth0, SAML, OIDC)Experience with automated testing (Jest, Cypress)Exposure to AWS and microservices architectureNice to HaveExperience contributing to design systems or component librariesWorking knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js or Java/Spring Boot)Basic understanding of DevOps tools (Docker, pipelines)What We’re Looking ForStrong communicator who can bridge technical and business teamsPassion for building clean, scalable, user-centric interfacesProven ability to mentor, lead by example, and drive standardsSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentCompensation: Up to $125,000 annuallyCompensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
