Apply via Dice today!IT Finance (Treasury) Project ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Treasury and Finance systems to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting financial transformation, treasury operations, and technology enablement. This role partners closely with Finance, Treasury, and IT stakeholders to define requirements, design future-state processes, and ensure successful delivery of system and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Treasury and Finance IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process optimization initiativesPartner with Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to gather, document, and validate detailed business requirementsSupport development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutionsProvide expertise on current (AS-IS) treasury and finance processes, including documentation of local processes and regulatory requirementsDesign and document future-state (TO-BE) processes to support system enhancements and transformation initiativesDrive implementation and enhancement of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) (e.g., Kyriba, SAP Treasury, FIS, or similar)Support integration efforts between treasury systems, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and banking partnersLead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring successful validation of system functionality and integrationsManage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple concurrent initiativesCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and consultantsEstablish and maintain project governance, reporting, and communication plansIdentify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and financial governance standardsSupport change management, training, and adoption of new systems and processesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience in Project Management within Treasury, Finance, or Financial SystemsHands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and/or ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Strong understanding of treasury operations: cash management, liquidity, payments, bank connectivity, FX, and risk managementProven experience in business requirements gathering, process documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE), and BRD developmentExperience leading or supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) cyclesExperience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certificationExperience with financial system implementations or transformationsKnowledge of banking connectivity (SWIFT, APIs, host-to-host)Experience working in a global, matrixed organizationExposure to data analytics, automation tools, or reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Key Skills & CompetenciesProject leadership and executionBusiness analysis and process design (AS-IS / TO-BE)Strong financial and technical acumenStakeholder engagement and influenceRisk management and decision-makingAttention to detail in documentation and testing cyclesAdaptability in fast-paced environmentsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
