Our showrooms are open Monday through Saturday.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Tile & Stone Showroom Manager located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring overall sales performance and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include assisting customers in selecting tile and stone products, providing design guidance, managing and motivating the sales team, maintaining showroom presentation, and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and fully functional.QualificationsMUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCEProduct Knowledge in Tile, Stone, and related materials with Showroom experienceStrong Leadership, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skillsExcellent Communication and Sales skillsAbility to work independently and manage a team effectivelyExperience in interior design or a related field is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in design or related field is beneficialJ-18808-Ljbffr
