Associate Attorney

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney for an on-site opportunity in Seattle, WA. In this role, the attorney will handle a broad range of cases, perform in-depth legal research, prepare motions and legal briefs, represent clients in hearings and trials, and collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff. The position also involves advising clients on legal matters, negotiating settlements, and ensuring consistent client communication throughout each stage of the legal process.Qualifications:Strong background in legal research, legal writing, and preparation of motions and briefsExperience with litigation procedures, case strategy development, and client representationExcellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership with the Washington State Bar requiredAbility to effectively manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism, ethical standards, and dedication to client advocacyPrior experience in civil litigation or a related practice area is highly preferred
